Hybrid role - 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote

Job Description:
Project Reason:

• Support high volumes of e-waste processing and offsite storage cleanup before the company split.

Notes:

• This will be a 4.5-month contract, starting in mid-May to backfill an FTE leaving for maternity leave.
• Required to be on a hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH.

Duties:

• Collaborate as a trusted advisor and business partner within the Real Estate and other Operations team, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams
• Manage all aspects of spending for the organization, including but not limited to, expense, headcount and capital management, forecast, monthly re-commit, variance analysis, monthly close and management reporting
• Consolidate and provide input and analysis on key expense trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities while ensuring a high degree of accuracy
• Conduct qualitative analysis to trend present and future operational performance
• Prepare executive presentations to review results and forecasts with management and business partners
• Support ad hoc initiatives and business cases

Skills:

• Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across different functions, managing aggressive deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong financial analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills are a must
• Team focused with excellent interpersonal skills
• Systems and tools skills required: SmartView, Oracle Cloud, Excel and other Microsoft Suite Applications

• VARIANCE ANALYSIS, EXCEL, FORECASTS, FINANCIAL ANALYST, ACCOUNTING

Additional

• FINANCIAL MODELING, ORACLE, QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS, METRICS, FINANCE, REAL ESTATE, BUSINESS CASES,OPERATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 5-7 years of relevant experience
• MBA preferred but not required
